EP35-DS3R and IATKOS7

hi,

 

well, like many of you, i've tried the osx adventure. for my first times, i've chosen to use iatkos v7 (and after, i will try a retail install).

so, i erased my hdd in with the apple's hfs format. i installed drivers for my ps2 keyboard and my video card (nothing else). the installation succeeded BUT, when i restarted my pc, chameleon2 reboot my pc.. infinity loop reboot.

 

second try, i've done the install again, but with the voodoo 9.7 kernel, and... it works!

 

so my question is: why my mobo doesn't work with the vanilla kernal whereas i've read in many forums and wikis that it's compatible.

 

my hardware:

C2D E8200

Gigabyte EP35-DS3R

Gskill 2*1Go PC8500

250Go SATA II

Nec 4550 IDE
