Works Then Freezes, then crashes? iPC

I managed to get it to start with a combination of drivers for my computer.

 

I used the following, may not be exact.:

Voodo Kernel
Apple MacPro NVidea Drivers Latest Kext's
sound>ALC**>888
Network> Nforce Lan
Chipset> Apple Nforce
apple>smbios> macpro, and 800mhz i did select 2

Fixes and patches>
AP something i forgot it but it's the first on the list
Finder Fix
Seatbelt Fix
Something i had to force compile

Software>
CPU X
Kext Helper by b7
osx tools

My Hardware:

 EVGA 750 sli FTW
 EVGA 9800gtx +
 seagate barracuda sata 320gb hdd *SLAVED*
 Corsair 850w Modular PSU
 Intel core 2 Quad cpu 2.6 ghz

 

Thats what i chose, kinda vague but i didn't feel like booting the cd again. It will boot but then will act unstable eventually freeze and then will only boot through safe mode, and then soon you need to use the cpus=1 command, then its very slow. Any ideas?
