Did you plug an external display in the VGA connector of your laptop (i'm assuming you're installing OSX on a laptop)? edav. Press <Ctrl> when you start the PC then pass a -v flag to boot in verbose mode and tell us the error messages you get. edav. juanbosco Posted October 11, 2006 Share Posted October 11, 2006 Hi all, I am new here, also had try to install severals times the JAS 10.4.7 DVD on my new Dell inspiron 6400, and also get the same ¨Gemetric form¨ on screen when reboot... Alredy try installing with SSE2, SSE3 and without any patch, but my Dell inspiron 6400, always freezes... Anyone knows what is happening?? Anyone in the forum, had successfully installed and is running the Mac OS x 10.4.7 on the Dell inspiron 6400??
