I'm trying to install my legit copy of Adobe CS 2 (entire thing) on to my new OSX86 machine. Here are my specs.

CPU: Celeron D 336

Mobo: Intel D915GLVGL

Ram: 2 x 512 Kingston Value Ram at 333

OS: Jas 10.4.6 with PPF1 patched

Install options: Intel SSE3, GMA900

Xbench score: 71.42 over all with disk score of 38.35

When I run the install program, it runs perfectly fine until it reach the Photoshop CS installation point. I initially thought that the installer has hung but Activity Monitor is still reporting the Installer running and using about 20% of the CPU load.

See the following screen shot.

I already search the forum with no luck and I know some people are running this app with no problem. Thanks in advance.

Sometimes the installer just hangs for some reason. I have that problem a lot too. After a few tries, it usually installs.

One suggestion: don't install it all at once. Install 1 program at a time. This way you aren't putting all your eggs in one basket. If installing a certain program fails, you can focus on installing that app multiple times until it's successfull, as opposed to trying to install the entire suite multiple times.
