reybre
Okay so when I figured out that it was possible to run Mac Leopard on a pc pretty easily, I immediately jumped to do it. I am a mac lover, and my old toshiba satelite a10 was driving me crazy. So I downloaded IATKOS_v1.0i.iso 10.5.6 (i think) and popped it into the drive. The first screen with the "welcome to darwin x86" came up fine. And then it said that the mac kernel was successfully loaded or something. Then the big apple screen came up and the spinning wheel of death spun for about four hours till I turned it off. I repeated this like 5 times with the same result. The drive light was not blinking during the spinning wheel part almost the whole time (a little bit during the beginning, then it stopped). Here are the specs from my computer(directly from dxdiag in the run box) System Manufacturer: TOSHIBA System Model: Satellite A10 BIOS: v1.30 Processor: Mobile Intel® Pentium® 4 - M CPU 2.20GHz Memory: 494MB RAM Page File: 430MB used, 727MB available Windows Dir: C:\WINDOWS DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904) DX Setup Parameters: Not found DxDiag Version: 5.03.2600.5512 32bit Unicode Mass Storage: Primary Hard Disk Drive: 40GB* hard disk drives, Enhanced IDE (ATA-5) interface, 4200rpm drive rotation Is there anything I can do? Maybe try a different osx86 distro? Anything??? Any help would be greatly appreciated..
