Well i installed Mac OSX the first problem i had was onthe installation when it finished it said Restart but i hanged there!!

 

I had to manually restart the pc and when it restarted the only way to boot in the OS was to have the DVD in .

I always got a b0 error!

 

 

The restart problem i have it also when i am in the OS i can not restart!

 

Any suggestions??

I also used Gparted boot cd's but i can not boot then i always get an error Panik something

Hi Cyphex,

 

As explained here, you need to make your OSX partition active. Use fdisk from a Win98 boot floppy or a liveCD or any other partition tool to do that. If you can't achieve that, patch your OSX install DVD and reinstall from the beginning. And keep us posted of your progress to the Graal ;)

 

More generally and once again, guys : please search this forum (and outside) a little deeper (and read the answers!) before posting a question that already came many times. Then post as many details as you can about your hardware architecture, how the problem occured and what you did to solve it. I know that such issues are generally arised by moderators and not simple members like me but I'm here to help and share my (little) experience, nothing else. So anything you can do to help me to help you will get my gratitude in return.
