cyberderf
My wonderfully stable OSX installation has become unstable.. it happened since i upgraded a couple of things in my case. Swapped e2200 for a e5200, 2gb for 4gb and my 8400gs for a evga 8600gts. I doubt it's because of the video card. I never had stability issues before. Now I can boot and work with speed, bu I got this beautifull screen here and then : Seems realted to heavy usage some times, but sometimes not! My full specs Gigabyte Ep35-Ds3l with f6a bios E5200 @ 2.66Ghz 266 x 10 G-Skill 4Ghz DDR 800 Mhz 5-5-5-15 EVGA 8600GTS Could it be the e5200 ? Do you think updating to 10.5.6 could help ? cyberderf
I've just found it could be related with the IDE / 4gb conjunction. Wow! I maybe won't be able to use IDE drives anymore on my DS3L.. Could you guys confirm upgrading to latest OSX realease won't fix it ?
