Advice?: Dell Inspiron 1200 Laptop

Hi guys i want to install mac os x on my dell inspiron 1200 laptop (currently downloading the "patched" 10.4.4 x86 install dvd) mainly cos its supposed to be better for multimedia work......just wanna know if my system will run it cos its not listed anywhere........if anyone could help me that would be great.....the specs are:
