Tereno Posted July 25, 2009 Share Posted July 25, 2009 There seems to be a problem with my plist yet I was able to successfully complete the installation. My computer just stops at the grey Apple logo screen after that. Anything I can do to change the settings? I've repeatedly reinstalled over and over to come to this. Before, I had the "Still Waiting for root drive" error which then led me to install the nForce SATA/IDE controller. My system is an ASUS M2N-E with 4GB RAM ( set maxmem=2048 to avoid kernel panic). I have a GE Force 8600GT and a PCI EVGA GeForce 7000 somthing. My IDE hard drive is on secondary master while my dvd is on primary slave. However, I've removed the dvd and place the HD as primary but no luck. My installation settings were nForce SATA/IDE, EFI Strings for nVidia. I'm using iAtkos v7.
