ZASX
Hey all, I have been using the iAktos 10.5.7 disc to install Hackintosh onto my Gateway m-6862 laptop. As in the title it uses a Mobility Radeon 2600 graphics card. When I tried to install Mac, i selected the appropriate video drivers from the customize button. However, after install I found out that the only way to get video was through a external monitor (through VGA). At first it came up as a blurry display, but then I got it to be fixed by installing a KEXT I found online. The only problem is that the video is only coming through to a external monitor, is there anyway to make the video appear on the laptop screen instead of the external screen? After installing the drivers I had another problem. I could only boot into Mac through safe mode (-x), however, while I was at the screen to log in, I tried to log in. It seems as though it was about to accept and let me into the OS (turned into the blue screen) but then it just came back to the log in screen with no explanation of what happened. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks to all who can help, Zasx Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/176139-ati-mobility-radeon-2600-help/ Share on other sites

MatthewRuddy
For the millionth time.. It's never going to happen. Not on Leopard anyway, and probably not Snow Leopard either for a long long time.
