Velvetty
Okay. Firstly, I'm using iATKOS v7 10.5.7 OSX. So, first thing, I got OSX to see my partition. I installed and then half way through, I run into a problem where there was a kernel panic. It was something to do with the Voodoo kernel. So I pressed my reboot button and took out the disc to get into my Vista again. But, now I ran into another problem, Boot0 error. So now, how can I install it fully without any hitches and run both Vista and OSX without having to reformat everything. And sorry, I'm new to OSX86. Specs: AMD Phenom II 3.0GHZ Asus M4A79 Deluxe ATI HD 4850 4GB RAM Thank you. I never get to finish installation because of it. Any way of fixing it? It might also be the reason why I get the boot0. muchlife
you can reinstall trying different kernels, choosing them from the install disk. i think others mistaken you could get into your OSX installlation. your saying your getting the kernel panic even before the install completes? should be able to get through the install. perhaps some of develix's info helps. i would definately have the hard drive on sata 1 port and check your bios settings Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/175957-cant-install-and-now-i-cant-boot/#findComment-1396743 Share on other sites
