kozik
Hi, I am having trouble with my LAN driver, i have the Marvel 88E8055. I have searched around the forum and have found a method that some people have used to get theirs to work, after trying some of the methods the one that seems to work for the majority of the people is just changing the info on the appleyukon2.kext which seems simple enough. Only problem i'm finding with it is my IONetworkingFamily.kext doesn't have any AppleYukon2.kext inside of it i only have AppleYukon.kext i don't know why this is, am i missing something? or doing something wrong? I have installed iDeneb v1.4 10.5.6 If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great. Thanks, Kozik Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/175776-marvell-yukon-88e8055-help-needed/ Share on other sites

Dontocsata
Backup your IONetworkingFamily.kext Now, open it up and get the AppleYukon.kext and copy it to your desktop. Edit it appropriately, copy it into the IONetworkingFamily.kext as AppleYukon.kext and AppleYukon2.kext, restart and see if it works.
