10.4.6 not working like 10.4.3

Hi

I upgraded 10.4.3 wesley patched, to 10.4.6 Jas patched. Before the installation, i set my mac os x partition to be active & started the installation, I upgraded 10.4.3 to 10.4.6. After the installation i set my windows partition to be actived and restarted( i used fdisk, all the windows partition's are NTFS). I got "Disk Read error" press Ctrl+Alt+del to restart. But when i use os x partition to be active, i dont get this error. Then i reinstalled windows xp. Later i noticed that my monitor doesnot work with 85hz. QI CE is not working, 3d env while changing users is also not working, dvd player and games not working,

I have Intel p4 3.06HT, Asus 915GV motherboard. realtek ethernet card.
