TollandBR
Hy everyone! I'm running iPC 10.5.6 with Voodoo 9.5.5 kernel and AppleNForceATA Test kext for my nForce 570 Ultra chipset. My 64-bit Athlon X2 processor is recognized by the system, and the applications, as a 32-bit Core 2 Duo. That's not exactly a problem, 'cause the performance keeps great. But the point is: when I try to run a 64-bit only application, I'm not able to do it. I need Java 1.6 to run LimeWire 5 and my NetBeans projects, but I can't have it, since my CPU is recognized as 32-bit. I don't know if it is normal, but if there is any way to make my AMD processor be recognized as 64-bit, it would be great. I hope you can help me, if it's possible. Thank you!
