izapp
2 Hours ago I installed iDeneb on my computer. I'm completely new on Hackintosh. I put Mac OS X (10.5.6) on my pc because I'm using Final Cut Studio all the time on my macbook pro and it's getting really slow. When I try installing Final Cut Studio is says "Final Cut Studio Installer recommends that your system have a Quarz Extreme capable video card." "Final Cut Studio Installer recommends that your system have 64 MB of VRAM;This system has only 0MB of VRAM" My card has 512MB of VRAM and Mac OS X detects it on System Profiler. My setup is : Core2Quad Q9300@2.50Ghz 6 GB 1066 MHz DDR3 RAM ATI Radeon HD 3870 X2 (With drivers installed for the specific model!) I would really appreciate your help! EDIT: I forced installed it with Pacifist and when I open it, it still has the errors with the same message Please help :'( Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/175416-vram-problem-final-cut-studio-wont-install/ Share on other sites

Ed Vstr
I dont know much indeed, but could suggest you to verify if your ATI Video Card is QE/CI capable.. it seems to me that Quartz Extreme and Core Image are not active on it. Check This out : Radeon HD 3870 X2 works in OSX and this: Natit, again ? yes Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/175416-vram-problem-final-cut-studio-wont-install/#findComment-1203470 Share on other sites
