Gearstix
Well I have a HP Pavillion dv6000 series. I've tried iAtkos v5i, v7i, and the latest iDeneb. Everything works other than the wireless from what I can find. I'm going on vacation soon, I need wireless. From what I can find, my only options are to get a wireless usb dongle, which I don't really want unless I have to or; swap to a 1390 wireless card or a whitelisted HP Broadcom 4311AG.. (found the whitelist thing here http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=116010) Only thing is, I'm not sure if these cards will fit? I am not sure what card I have, I forgot to get a hardware readout before I formatted Vista off it. I took off some of the access panels and there is a card that looks like a WiFi card, with intel on it, so I'm assuming it's the Intel wireless card that nobody seems to get working. The model is dv6335ca. I really need to find out what I can do so I can order what I need. dbmet
I have a dv6000- dv6345us model to be exact, and didn't feel like messing with the intel wireless card, so I picked up a linksys wusb600n dongle and it works like a champ..
