ive been trying to install mac osx on my msi 1651 laptop.

Ive tried all the different distros...but they all freeze when booting into them to install. Ive tried -v and -x but that doesnt work either.

So then i tried "cpus=1 -v" to try and boot with 1 core...and it worked and i installed it with ipc 10.5.6. .... But after installing whenever i reboot it freezes again!! When it freezes it says "Mac Framework Successfully Intitialized" and something about IO buffers

Please help!!!

Try enabling "ACPI Fix" and "cpus =1 fix" in your customization options just before you reinstall iPC OSX (see pic below). Then, when you're prompted for a reboot from HDD, just type "-v -f " in bootflags.

Note: " -f " only required ONCE after each re-install to re-built Extensions.mkext (~ "Windows registry" ). After your hackintosh PC booted successfully, subsequent reboots do not require the " -f " option.
