Atmosfear
Hi, I've got a Problem with 10.4.6/JaS and the supplied GMA900 driver by JaS: on my System (GA-8I915-MF, i915G, EIZO F78 21" CRT) I cannot get a higher Resolution than 1280x1024 from the Display-Panel in System Preferences. I can add Graphics Mode 1600x1200x32 to com.apple.Boot.plist, but it will switch Resolution to the lower one, once the OS has finished loading. Now my Question: Is there a way to force the correct resolution? The screen is attached using the Eizo connector which should provide correct DDC data (at least it does in windows). Edit: Just had the idea of using the BNC connector, which does not provide DDC Data and it worked fine, so now I'm happy at 1600x1200x32@85 ...
