Aenin
Dunno about the i7. Try searching the board. The Intel 4965AGN does not have a driver yet in OSX. Try looking again in 2-6 months. There are two implementations of Intel wireless drivers: iwidarwin and Project Camphor. Neither of them have the 4965 driver implemented. Please do not bug them for a driver, as they're moving as fast as they can. You can go donate if you want; Project Camphor is moving very fast these days and just got the 2200 driver finished. It will be pretty special when it's done, as he's also writing an interface that others can use to implement their own wireless devices. Your laptop keyboard/"mouse" (I assume you mean a trackpoint/touchpad-style device) would likely be fixed if you got the right PS/2 kexts for it. Laptop keyboards and pointing devices use the PS/2 protocol, and many laptops use ACPI to expose the PS/2 devices to OSX. Try searching for "AppleACPIPS2Nub" (I think that's the right phrase) for more details. You may also need to make some changes to your AppleACPIPS2Nub kext. Although, honestly, this is generally in most install discs these days in the optional kexts. You might try running the install and going through the options looking for something involving a PS/2 fix, this time. Proq
Thank you very much, will work on it right now. Don't worry, I understand release issues and why not to bug people Thanks again. By the way, do you have any idea about the Core i7 issue? Dunno about the i7. Try searching the board. The Intel 4965AGN does not have a driver yet in OSX. Try looking again in 2-6 months. Aenin
By the way, do you have any idea about the Core i7 issue? I'm afraid not, as I said before. There are some people in the Hardware and drivers subforums talking about a custom kernel for i7, maybe you should check with them. I'd be a poor resource since I don't have an i7.
