I tried getting the Netgear WN111 Version 1 usb dongle to work in my Kalyway Leopard 10.5.2 installation but no luck yet. I also tried with my D-Link G122 but that's not working at all, not with the d-link drivers nor the thirdparty drivers. But nevermind the dlink.

I see a lot of v2 and v3 instructions and tried both the RTL8187B and L driver version but just the bouncing crab. Application not responding. No device in system preferences. But I can see it as a USB device under High-Speed with the name WN111 version 1021 (speed up to 480 MBit) in System Profiler.

What chipset is the WN111 V1 build on? And what driver should work? Is my only choice to buy a new v2 or v3 dongle? Or are there any other cards that are bullet proof working in Hackintosh Leopard?

Thanks for your help

Dennis
