oysts
Hi guys I'm new to Osx and I'm trying to install iatkos v7 on my Dell D410 laptop. I've disabled all the integrated features in bios but it still won't install. I've tried the -v switch but I can't see any error messages that makes any sense to me. It locks up a few seconds after the blue installer screen has appeared. Are there any way to see error messages after the installer has started? The last lines before the installer starts is: Resetting IOCatalogue. root filesystem is read-only; skipping kernel link data generation. Launch version 5.0 (v514) unable to mount /dev/disk0s1 (status code 0x00000047). I've tried to burn the ISO with two different applications at lowest possible speed. Best regards Øystein Try using the IPC OSx86 10.5.6 Universal disk. I used this and got my D410 working like a dream by using the guide here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=165972 Enjoy! oysts
Thank you for your answer. I've actually read you post But I'm going to use the installation for testing iPhone development and I've read that I have to run 10.5.7 to even install the SDK. But I'll give it a try, it's a start Øystein Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/173781-iatkos-v7-on-dell-d410/#findComment-1193750 Share on other sites
