dxbydt
For the longest time I've had a problem with leopard seeing my network devices. On boot I'd get the message "could not establish network configuration: success!". It wasn't even creating a NetworkConfiguration.plist file in /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/. After trying a hundred different things, my problems were solved by disabling HPET in my bios. Does this make any sense to anyone? Why would that have fixed my problem? Does this have something to do with not having patched my DSDT? I'm running 10.5.6 on an Intel D945GCZ.
