I don't want to change settings per application (ie moving the iTunes folder somewhere else) I want to set OS X to have the default document, music, video and pictures folders set to some custom path I specify. This way when a new application (like Apperture or whatever) looks for the pictures folder it will use my custom path. Thank you in advance for your replies.
