flanker27 Posted July 5, 2009 Share Posted July 5, 2009 Hey, I tried to install leopard kalyway 10.5.2 on my amd powered pc: -AMD Athlon x2 4000+ AM2 -2 gb ram -ECS AMD690GM-M2 (chipset amd690g with ati radeon 1250 onboard) -Hitachi 320 gb sata2 (I make 20 gb partition with fat32 file system to install leopard on it) after i choose f8 from startup options and type -v without any other parameters, then the system started. but before i reached gui mode for the installation, i got message 'waiting for root devices' until more than 5 messages and never entered gui mode. is there anything wrong with my hardware, so i can't install leopard? can anyone help me?
