My pc specs are: CPU: E3110 @ 3.00GHz RAM: 4GB OCZ Plat DDR2-800 Mobo: P5K-E/WiFi-AP PSU: HX620W HD: WD Black 640GB x2 GPU: GTX 260 Core 216 55NM so I am sure I am mostly compatible with osx.
