Toshiba A100 TA4

I have been contemplating turing my toshiba A100 TA4 into a hackintosh but i have heard from many that the wifi, sound cards etc. in some toshibas are not compatible and will not work.

These are the specifics, but i am not very computer savvy is this helpful for what i am asking?

 

if my wifi or anything else is not compatible is their anyway to fix it?
