Harmony 520 Remote

I have an apple remote working with the MCE Reciever and Mira. My question is if I get a Harmony 520 will it also work with this setup? I found one for 20 on craigslist - never used... so its a good deal but not if it won't work.

 

So if anyone knows if the logitech remotes w/o a native receiver (like the more expensive ones have (i think)) will work let me know.
