Chetzar
Hey all how's it going. Been awhile since I posted here, been reading alot, but not as much since my last attempt at installing OS X on my desktop. I was kinda of curious, I've done a few searches, but haven't turned up anything new, perhaphs I am using the wrong keywords... But, has any progress been made as far as getting Leopard running on the 780i Chipset? My Windows 7 install will be toast in a few days, and instead of going back to Vista (which I haven't used since I installed 7), I'd like to have Leopard/Seven on my desktop. My last attempts at installing OSX on my Desktop left me with random hang ups and what appeared to be kernal panics trying to just get the install finished. I know i tried Leo4All, Kalyway, and iATKOS (however I could not tell you which versions) My specs are: EVGA 780i Mobo/Chipset (3-way SLI) Intel Q6600 Quad Core 8 gig OCZ Ram 2 WD Sata HD's (500 gb each) 2 Sata Samsung DVD burners w/ Lightscribe. GeForce 9800 GX2 (1 Gig mem w/ HDMI out) Any help or advice would be appreciated, as i'm kinda starting over from scratch trying to do this.
