please help . light blue screen after login ,but nothing else

hi to all ...

i have a serious problem here and i don't want to reinstall os x ...

I installed IPC 10.5.6 and got it working after a few tweaks ... then used the Ideneb 10.5.7 combo update and after repairing permissions with diskutil and doing the fsck -y I got 10.5.7 working as well .... but since the kernel was reinstalled to voodoo (i think thats what happened ) i installed the sleep_kernel .pkg and after reboot ,the login screen comes up ,but when i enter the password I just see the mouse with a light blue screen .

 

the same thing happened while updating with the ideneb combo pack but by using fsck -y and repairing permissions with disutil , it was resolved , but this time doing those things don't resolve the issue ...

 

one more thing , when i start the system ,sometimes the keyboard doesn't work but when i restart it works I have tried -x and -x -f....and its the same thing after entering the password in the login window the light blue screen appears and the mouse... nothing else ...

 

please any help would really be appreciated ....

 

my hardware configuration :

motherboard :gigabyte ga-p35-ds3l rev.2

graphic card : nvidia geforce 6800 gs 256 MB

CPU : inter core 2 quad q6600

north bridge : intel p35 chipset

south bridge : intel ICH9

network card : RTL 8111B

 

please any help would be greatly appreciated .(I am 99% sure its not a graphic card issue)

(I think its a kernel issue ,but i don't know what !)
