mlbaker
I have been able to install iDeneb 10.5.5 on my Sony Vaio PCG-7Y2L laptop (SSE2/3). The welcome screen loads fine, however the screen is split into 6 sections and flickers. When I plug in an external monitor to the VGA out of the laptop, the screen stops flickering (however it is still split into 6 different boxes) and I have managed to get to the point of the install which asks if I would like to transfer files from another mac. I choose that I would not like to transfer any files and then I get the spinning rainbow wheel. After about 1 minute of the wheel, the setup Welcome screen starts over. This is as far as I can go with the install. My laptop has these specs: MS72 MBX-160 motherboard Intel R GMA 950 integrated graphics card 82945 GM chipset It is a dual core 1.60 processors. Any help is much appreciated!
