Amorstus Posted June 25, 2009 Share Posted June 25, 2009 Hi, I have a Dell Latitude 410 with an external monitor plugged in (Specs below). So, my problem is that I cannot boot my iATKOS v7 install. I have tried dozens of customization methods but none seem to work, every one gets stuck on boot (the blue screen). So, I tried to boot using the -x and -v flags. After waiting for a short while, I came upon a couple of lines where it fails on "family specific matching" for vid and vid2,and it also "skips personal files in blacklisted kext com.apple.driver_plugin" and another com.apple that I did not have time to read. The blue screen immeadiately follows these lines. First, why is it getting stuck and going to the blues screen? Second, how can I fix this? Oh, and I have gotten iATKOS v5 installed almost perfectly. That boots with no problems or hiccups.
