Hello, i recenlty bought a computer and want to put Leo on it using the boot 132 method, but i am having problems with it.

 

when i insert the leo install disc when it tells me to, all it does is reboot the computer.

 

Please help me and give me your input.

You had a kernel panic. Boot the system in verabose mode (type -v at the darwin prompt), wait till it panics and take a picture of the screen, then post it here.

Hi...im that guy's brother... he wasn't really specific enough...

 

after loading the bootloader and placing the OS X retail disc into the drive, Darwin/x86 begins to load and then decides to reboot the computer... a message appears on the screen shortly before this saying "Attempting to determine CPU Multiplier. If system reboots, RDMSR 198h causes a fault.

Determined CPU:FSB multiplier to be 9

Measuring TSC frequency (e.g. CPU speed)

CPU runs at 2999.710800 MHz

BUS must therefore run at 333.301200 MHz". thanks in advance for any help...
