ars_s Posted June 24, 2009 Share Posted June 24, 2009 Hi all. Sorry, if such topic is already created. I've fogot to install usb drivers during iDeneb v1.3 installation. So later i have found IOUSBFamily.kext and tried to install drivers useing osx86tool application wich goes with iDeneb. Everything works good, but on next loading usb not working. After reinstalling drivers and rebooting USB work again... until next rebooting. Sometimes USB can work for several rebooting but then stops again. So I have to reinstall drivers many times. TechWiz Posted June 26, 2009 Share Posted June 26, 2009 Sounds like reinstalling would easily fix your problem, however if you don't want to go that route, look for an older version of IOUSBFamily.kext like from 10.5.4 or so to ensure the best compatibility, because it sounds like the current kext installed is not the same one that goes with the version of OS X you are running. Also updating may fix the issue but im not 100% positive.
