CharlesD Posted June 23, 2009 Share Posted June 23, 2009 OK I recently purchased a touchsmart pc model iq526. I installed iDeneb 10.5.5 as that is the only version i could get to work on it. It booted up but the video, sound do not work I fixed the sound using the VOODOO driver, and it works great . I have tried everything on the systems 9300GS nvidia Graphics Card and nothing. I can get the resolution set to the 1680x1050x32 by editing the com.boot file I cannot for the life of me get QE enabled, i read people were creating efi strings but i really aint that good to do that, so i was wondering if someone had a solution. please please please. I purchased a retail copy of Leopard , and a retail copy of iLife 09 from BestBuy just to still contribute to Apple so can someone please help.
