I am so eagar to install OS 10.4 server on my ESX server to test all the functionality before buying the hardware. I got the .DMG image for the 10.4 server. Is anybody have a successful try setting up OS 10.4 server on a ESX server? Much appreicated it. Your only hope would then be to run PearPC inside of Windows running in a virtual machine on your ESX server. There is no native x86 version of 10.4 server out, so you can't run it directly in a virtual machine. bender12 Posted September 1, 2005 Share Posted September 1, 2005 I wouldn't count on it ever being released. They've only released 10.4 on the development systems. The production systems will probably end up being 10.5, and they probably will release 10.5 server at the same time, for x86.
