MAC Framework successfully initialized (BOOT HANG) NEED HELP!

ok so i got a custom built computer of my friends (piece of {censored})

intel celeron 2.4ghz

256mb of ram

p4mdpt motherboard

hp dvd reader

30 gig hard drive

and thats it

 

but when i install iPC 10.5.6 i get this far and it hangs
