I need to know "how" to install and which components i have to select! I just try this vesrion using: 1) default vanilla kernels Drivers video: NVInject for vga 1Gb Chipset: LegacyAppleIntelPIIXATA and LegacyJmicron Audio: kXAudioDriver Wireless: Ralink RT2870 LAN: Marvell 88E8056 and Realtek 8110 Fix and pathes: DSDT NewPHET (force compile) and AppleSMBIOSEFI nothing, after the installation, i start with -v option but after a while the screen become blank and nothing else... 2) default vanilla kernels Drivers video: NVInject for vga 1Gb Chipset: ICHx Fixed and LegacyJmicron Audio: kXAudioDriver Wireless: Ralink RT2870 LAN: Marvell 88E8056 and Realtek 8110 Fix and pathes: someone suggest me to use "AppleSMBIOS-27-1066" but i select the one for the DDR3, because i have 4GB of DDR3 Ram nothing, after the installation, i start with -v option but after a while the screen become blank and nothing else... what i dont understand is, if i start with the -v option, how i can see what is wrong if the screen then disappear?? i need someone that can help me selecting the correct components, according to my hardware and the correct kernel! hope in your help! thx! These dont work: Audio: SoundMAX ADI1988 Audio Driver - (on asus site it say: Before install the HD audio driver, you need to install Microsoft HD Audio Hotfix) - i selected ADI1988, if i'm not wrong, but dont work. Can Install the drivers again and how? Wirless (i have the Ralink RT2870 802.11m network adapter) i selecyed it before install but dont work! i'd like to reinstall, but dont know how!! Ok i dont wanna make so many questions, but i didnt know how Mac OSX work, like how to install program, drivers, etc..i have to read something around...! Some questions: OSx86 Tools - do i need it? i used to upgrade hardware components but after the driver install, the system dont work anymore, so i had to reinstall again! ho well, np! just curious if i have to use it and why! Do i have to upgrade the System using the Apple Updater or using alternative methods? I see on the system info that i have a nvidia with 256 VRam...and, for example, using google earth, with my hardware, i run really smoth! i have a Q9550 and a Nvidia 8800 GT... i have to select another driver for the video card? if yes, how i can replace the current driver?? someone can give me a hand plz! thx a lot!
