FruitRocks
Okay so a few days ago I read a post that Munky or whatever his name was had posted about being able to boot Mac OS X on Pentium D computers. I tried it, but it was very complicated and I didn't get it. I get most stuff, but that was way over my head. He had also said that there was a download link for the Boot-132 cds with intel pentium d/pre-core support. Could somebody please post the link for it? Btw, the dvd that i am trying to use Boot-132 with is the Mac OS X 10.5.4 Server Trial, if that helps at all Things I tried: BOot-132 regular: loads dvd, but then a black screen comes up Boot-132 w/kexts: samething also a long time ago that i heard a person say that i should wait like half an hour or so before giving up on the black screen error.... Pc specs: Compaq Presario SR2050NX 2GB DDR2 RAM nvidia geforce 8400 gs 256 mb intel pentium d (dual core) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/171402-booting-mac-os-x-retail-on-intel-pentium-d/ Share on other sites
