Help! Noob Can't Install iDeneb or iPC 10.5!

Ok, first off I'm running a Dell Inspiron 1525 Intel Celeron laptop. It has 2GB RAM, 120GB HD, and is currently running XP SP2. And yes, I'm a big noob to this, so I need pretty much everything in dummy terms.... My actual Mac died, and I miss it, so here I am. If you need more specs, I'll try to tell you.

 

Ok, lets start with iPC. I found a guide that looked perfect, http://antyalias.wordpress.com/2009/05/27/...-inspiron-1525/ . So I got everything ready, downloaded all the parts, unzipped them, burned a DVD using MagicISO. Problem is, despite the fact my computer is set to boot from disk, it doesn't. After several days of looking for how to get it working with no luck, I quit (bad, I know). Here comes the iDeneb.

 

 

Next, iDeneb. I went to the older guide http://antyalias.wordpress.com/2009/02/16/...b-v14/#comments . I got everything ready, burned the disk with MagicISO, restarted computer... nothing. Again.

 

Now I don't think the iPC was the problem anymore, and I'm at a loss of what I need to do to get iPC or iDeneb on my laptop. I'd prefer iPC, but honestly, as long as I have a mac back, I'm fine.

 

What do I need to do?!? Please help!

Can anyone please help? I really want to get this working, even if its through some other way. I just want my mac OS back, and be able to use all my stuff that I have on the 80gb ibook drive! Please?
