b34td0wnx
I'll go ahead and post my specs first - N61P-S Nforce430 Chipset GeForce 9500GT 512 DDR2 4Gb Ram at 800MHz Phenom 9550 AMD Quad @ 2.2ghz I have FOUR different copies of Osx - the latest Kalyway AMD/Intel, iDeneb 10.5.6, an older iKatos that I can't remember the version of and Leo4All4.1. My problem is that whenever I get into the boot with anything other than Leo4All my computer manually restarts and gets stuck in a reboot cycle. On my first attempt a while back I actually managed to get to the installer with Leo4All4.1 and install everything, although once that occured and installation went fine and everything, I again got stuck in an infinite reboot cycle. I think I chose the wrong drivers that time, so I figure that's my problem why the HDD won't boot. I'm trying to use a different copy to reinstall on the same hdd just to see if I can get it to boot, although I'm not getting anywhere. Just restarts the computer. I think maybe if I reformat the other HDD to empty and try booting up Leo4All again I choose to reinstall from scratch and install the right kexts/drivers, but I wanted to make a post and see if I can get some input before I shut down my comp and try at it for a little bit. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/171132-just-keeps-restarting/ Share on other sites
b34td0wnx
Still having problems. I can't get past the code checks before the installer now, on any of my copies. gazepo
Always remember that when installing it has to be on a fresh partition. Now since your system is an AMD then you will need to install voodoo kernel and the seatbelt fix. Also remember to select the right chipset driver.
