I have a HP Pavilion a630n and have installed OSX before and went smoothly. But had to uninstall because HD was going out IT was a IDE. I bought a new second SATA The first one Was running XP and I updated my BIOS. I have then tryed to install OSX on the new SATA HD but get a NO smoking like icon ontop of the grey apple screen win I try to boot the DVD install. I dont know if this is because I took out my IDE or if it is because of my BIOS update.!??? Does anyone know of or had the same problem.. Hear are my sys specs. Thanks
