Give us the complete configs of your laptop and read a little bit more about it.

woah i just checked the DVD...it said the DVD is 552 bytes... lol

That's OK , the size. Windows don't recognize it correctly.

Did you use a DVD-RW ? burn again at the lowest speed possible. Are you really sure that the bios is set to boot from DVD drive ?

Thanks for your reply, i burned this disc on another computer and i know it was a DVD-RW Im 1000% sure. I also made sure to just boot from the DVD..I've even tried to make the computer boot from only the DVD, and i get an error "Strike f1 to retry boot or f2 to enter setup"

Ill retry to burn a new one on the slowest speed.

Nope...didn't work but the DVD spun for awhile before booting windows

So i belive that's the midia, try another DVD-RW or DVD-R.

I personally believe that you're better off going for DVD-R and not RW for doing things like this. I'm not sure if it actually makes a difference or it's just me being an idiot. Still, certainly try with a DVD-R and see what happens. Also, make sure you burn it as a bootable image and not files and finally, check that the DVD drive is first in the BIOS.
