exorb
Hi guys, i have an IBM Thinkpad R50p. According to the wiki, the JaS 10.4.8 with Semthex Kernel should work on my notebook. But it doenst. here the Hardwareconfiguration (copied from the wiki): - Intel Pentium M 1.7GHz - 80GB 4200rpm HDD - ATA Bus recognised and working correctly - 128MB ATI FireGL T2 - recognised as PCI card, QE/CI enabled, resolution can be set in com.apple.Boot.plist - CD-RW/DVD-R Multi-Burner - recognised correctly - IBM 802.11a/b/g wireless(MPCI) - doesn't work - Bluetooth - works correctly - Modem(CDC) - doesn't work - 1Gb Ethernet(LOM) - Intel chip, works correctly - UltraNav - works correctly - AC97 audio - works correctly - System standby-wake up don't work First image i tried was the JaS 10.4.8 SSE3 with Semthex Kernel but the DVD stopped at the using 10485 buffer headers line. Then i tried JaS.10.4.8.AMD.Intel.SSE2.SSE3 ISO which couldnt be installed correctly (kernel panic, i tried several times with different installation options) My Question: Is there another Version i could try or does anybody installed it on a R50p? greetings Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/170911-which-one-is-the-right-version-for-my-thinkpad-r50p/ Share on other sites
