kristofor Posted June 15, 2009 Share Posted June 15, 2009 so when i try to install iPC on my computer it simply won't boot it up.even with -v -x -f or any other combination it simply won't. it says "take a photo of this screen and send it to...not sure where...but kernel error(kernel panic occurred error code 0x00000003)" is written beneath that. i have 20 gb unallocated space fat32 disk of 35 gb(primary partition on which i'm trying to install leo) and 100+ gb ntfs disk with media files,so i don't have windows on it and nothing but still... configuration is AMD Athlon64 1.8 3000+ 1gb ram 160 gb hard disc nVidia Geforce 6200 512 mb-video nVidia nForce3 MCP-motherboard Realtek AC97-audio Realtek RTL8139-network any help what to do and how to d...as u can see i'm still a newbie so i don't know much but i tried to find how to do this and every single part of it is easy except getting it work after first boot P.S. i tried to install 10.5.1 kalyway but then i got that "uknkown error S...0(... stands for some letters) and it doesn't go further...but i would like to know how to install iPC so...any help is good sorry for my bad english,i'm from croatia Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/170884-ipc-1056-installation-problem/ Share on other sites More sharing options...

I did an install on a computer, pata dvd drive wouldn't boot computer, swapped for sata, started right up. I was getting read error with verbatim dvd-r and it worked using a sony dvd-r.
