arthur.spooner Posted May 9, 2006 Share Posted May 9, 2006 Use the following command: sysctl -a | grep hw.cpu I have a Intel Pentium M 845 (Dothan) 1,8 Ghz and I get the following: hw.cpufrequency = 1800000000 hw.cputype: 7 hw.cpusubtype: 4 [b]hw.cpufrequency: 1800000000 hw.cpufrequency_min: 1800000000 hw.cpufrequency_max: 1800000000[/b] Is it not possible to modify the min value anywhere to enable speed stepping?
