Bootloader issue - cant see XP after OS X install

i got 2 HD

one have 3 partition and install xp

and another one got osx 10.4.5

 

i first install acronis director suite and set to see xp

then i install osx from DVD it happen to be fine

the osx run fine but once i want to swap to

winxp via acronis when i reboot it be like this

 

it enter the safe mode select screen that you can choose

safe mode

safemode with promp blah blah

and last setting

and start normally and when i press enter...

 

it show the winxp loading screen

but suddenly it all black and notthing happen!!

 

i try to access by boot loader of osx but it tell me

ntldr is missing!!

 

and now i can't load winxp only the osx can

 

what should i do please help me out

i want to get back to winxp
