claire1985
Hi all! So i finally got a version of Leopard to install on my Toshiba A75-S2762 notebook (Specs below). However, when I try to startup the unit, it goes into the Darwin boot loader, quickly flashes and then restarts. I've tried booting with "-x, -s, -f, cpus=1 and platform=x86 or platform=acpi" combinations to no avail. Is this quick rebooting loop a problem with the kernal version I installed or a possible kext issue? Any suggestions you guys have? Specs: Pentium 4: 3.0 GHZ Ram: 1GB VIDEO: ATI Radeon Mobility 9000 IDE Hard Drive and DVD-RW Drive Running latest BIOS update from Toshiba Distro of Leopard: XXX X86 universal 10.5.6 Thanks all! adamsweeting
Boot with -v bootflag, and let us know at what point it bins you out. And what options did you choose when you installed? - it may be that you haven't selected the correct stuff when you installed.
