highlift
Installed Jas 10.4.6 flawlessly on my DELL D600. Onboard audio and ethernet work. Got standard video which was ok. The problem is after awhile, OSX jsut stops detecting the network card being plugged in. Even if i restart with the plug in or not, it doesnt detect. If I do a complete reinstall, it comes back. Any suggestions??? I've got a PentiumM 1.8ghz with 512mb RAM and 32mb Radeon. OSX is very fluid, no maojor problems, jsut slight delays when certain program launch. Overall a cool computing experience. I just hope Final Cut Pro works ... Suser
Same issue here with USB network adapters. They work but after a restart they no longer work. I have to unplug it and replug it into another USB port, but not just any port, some ports accept the adapter, others don't and this is randomly selected each time. Very strange. About final cut pro. If you want to use it be sure that your graphics card is detected as AGP instead of PCI or you wont even be able to install FCP.
