  1. I dont get it, however i did search and see that thread. The same thing happens when i follow that and all other guides I've tried F4, F7 and F9 Bios versions. When I follow that thread and boot from teh MAC partition the OS begins to load. If I run it in verbose mode I see it loading. Then it will reboot when i suppose it wants to launch the graphical portion of the OS. Any ideas?
  2. Hey guys and gals, Trying to setup a decent video editing MAC rig and decided to invest in a Gigabyte EP45-UD3L with a Pentium D 3ghz and ATI 4550. I've followed a numerous amount of guides but all of them leave me with the same result. the installation completes successfully. On restart, MAC starts to boot then reboots after loading the OS. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm running F7 Bios as recommended by most everyone. I've tried -v -f cpus=1, the OS still reboots during loading. I really wanna do this so can anyone offer any ideas? Cheers!
  3. Installed Jas 10.4.6 flawlessly on my DELL D600. Onboard audio and ethernet work. Got standard video which was ok. The problem is after awhile, OSX jsut stops detecting the network card being plugged in. Even if i restart with the plug in or not, it doesnt detect. If I do a complete reinstall, it comes back. Any suggestions??? I've got a PentiumM 1.8ghz with 512mb RAM and 32mb Radeon. OSX is very fluid, no maojor problems, jsut slight delays when certain program launch. Overall a cool computing experience. I just hope Final Cut Pro works ...
  4. Ok, I installed Jas version, got the b0 error, set my partition as active, reboot, OSX started to load. I get the grey screen with teh MAC emblem and then ticking status bar, after about 3 minutes, i get this symbol above the MAC sign. it doesnt go any further. What should I do? Installing this on a Dell D600, 40gb HDD, 512mb RAM, ATI Radeon 32mb,
