I have an Intel CPU -----------> I tried doing this already and it not worth the hassle. If it works why mess around with it. If you still feel like doing it this is how it's done. You can do it by getting the mach_kernel.original (search the forums to find out how and where to get this file and the patches necessary) and adding the patches you want except for the AMD enabler one. Once you do this then you replace the existing one with the one you just created with custom patches tailored to your liking. WARNING: I've read that some people have tried this and it has totally screwed up their install. For a better solution get your hands on Jas's 10.4.6 install DVD. If you want it you will have to figure how to get it on ur own. Sorry.
